UpTopSocial.com provides social media promotion services to those looking to strengthen their social media presence for the sole purpose of boosting their online credibility. By purchasing UpTopSocial.com’s services, the customer agrees that the followers, plays, downloads, likes & comments provided in all the packages were not purchased for engagement but rather for online credibility.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Client is bound by the Terms of Agreement, and must, therefore, indemnify, defend and hold The Provider free from any claim arising out of, relating to, or connected with The Client’s alleged violation of the Terms of Service in using The Provider’s services.

CONDUCT

Any potential customer agrees to solely use the website for lawful purposes, and not to compromise its security or cause it to be inaccessible to other users. All users must agree to refrain from any action that may add, subtract or modify the content of the site. Furthermore, all users are expected to refrain from accessing content without permission and will not use the website in any way other than the way it is lawfully and ethically intended.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

The term of this Agreement will begin upon The Provider’s acceptance of The Client’s job order and will end when terminated by either party.

REFUNDS

Customers who are not completely satisfied with our services may request a full refund within the first 30 days of their purchase. Refunds will be processed through our customer support agents who can be reached at UpTopSocial@Gmail.com. Refunds are not applicable to free credits or services. UpTopSocial.com reserves the right to meet customer satisfaction and all refunds must be processed in due diligence and due process.

GOVERNING LAW

Any claim relating to UpTopSocial.com’s website shall be governed by the laws of UAE without regard to its conflict of law provisions. General Terms and Conditions are applicable to the Use of a Web Site.

CHANGE IN PRICE

Social Kingo reserve the right to change prices anytime before any prior notice to its customers. Changes will be applied for the next billing cycle and will not be effective in the current billing cycle. You agree that you can’t complain against this change if you find it later. Keep yourself updated with our services.

CAMPAIGN DURATION

We cannot give you the exact duration for how long your campaign will work and will take time to complete the order. Any time frame mentioned on our website, or stated by our employee, or in any email is just an estimated time. not a guarantee that it will be completed during this time. We are not responsible for any kind of delay.
